JETS is a leading Australian premium swim brand with a strong presence within Australia and overseas. We are seeking expressions of interest from vibrant individuals who love communication and are seeking to work in Customer Service.

The role includes daily contact with retailers and consumers, as well as administration, system support and reception duties. As you become familiar with our range, clients and of course our brand, we will call upon your fashion flair and coordination capabilities.

To be successful in this role you must be an excellent communicator, have high energy levels, display loyalty, be confident and have an exceptional telephone manner. With experience preferably within the Fashion Industry, you will be expected to be an active and responsible member of the team, contributing to the enhancement of our reputation. Great computer skills are a must, as well as the ability to multi-task. You will have:

·        Exceptional organisational and communications skills

·        Experience in customer service

·        Retail fashion experience

·        Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook

·        Australian Residency or Citizenship
